Thank you to the ELA Shared Learning Association and Denitsa Davidkova, who organized this exciting and connecting training.
“From April 25 to 27, 2025, we held the first training under the project “Silent Leadership: Partnerships for Sustainable Childhood”.
In the privacy of Sredishte VѢdi Makrina, we gathered teachers from SU “Hristo Botev” – Gorna Malina, SU “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” – Aprilovo and Cosmos International School – Osoytsa, to seek new solutions for a supportive school environment.
Under the leadership of Prof. Yoana Yankulova, we worked on topics such as:
- psychosocial resilience in an educational environment,
- recognizing mental suffering in students,
- building relationships between teachers, students and parents.
We continue with the activities planned under the project:
- training of students in the “Ambassadors without Bullying” method,
- interventions of a mobile team of psychologists at the request of the schools.
The schools agreed to work together with the mobile team, which will allow for a wider sharing of experience, exchange of good practices and mutual assistance between the teams – a step towards strengthening the educational eco-community in the municipality of Gorna Malina.
The “Silent Leadership” project is implemented within the framework of the INSPIRE project: Improving national support for the prevention, intervention and response to violence against children and the empowerment of victims and is co-financed by the European Union and the Foundation “Workshop for Civic Initiatives” (WFCI).”
