{"id":5581,"date":"2025-05-09T12:34:18","date_gmt":"2025-05-09T12:34:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cosmos.wowportals.co.uk\/?p=5581"},"modified":"2026-01-15T14:39:00","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T14:39:00","slug":"silent-leadership-partnerships-for-sustainable-childhood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cischool.bg\/en\/silent-leadership-partnerships-for-sustainable-childhood\/","title":{"rendered":"Silent Leadership: Partnerships for Sustainable Childhood"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you to the ELA Shared Learning Association and Denitsa Davidkova, who organized this exciting and connecting training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFrom April 25 to 27, 2025, we held the first training under the project \u201cSilent Leadership: Partnerships for Sustainable Childhood\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the privacy of Sredishte V\u0462di Makrina, we gathered teachers from SU \u201cHristo Botev\u201d \u2013 Gorna Malina, SU \u201cSt. St. Cyril and Methodius\u201d \u2013 Aprilovo and Cosmos International School \u2013 Osoytsa, to seek new solutions for a supportive school environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the leadership of Prof. Yoana Yankulova, we worked on topics such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>psychosocial resilience in an educational environment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recognizing mental suffering in students,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>building relationships between teachers, students and parents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We continue with the activities planned under the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>training of students in the \u201cAmbassadors without Bullying\u201d method,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interventions of a mobile team of psychologists at the request of the schools.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The schools agreed to work together with the mobile team, which will allow for a wider sharing of experience, exchange of good practices and mutual assistance between the teams \u2013 a step towards strengthening the educational eco-community in the municipality of Gorna Malina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cSilent Leadership\u201d project is implemented within the framework of the INSPIRE project: Improving national support for the prevention, intervention and response to violence against children and the empowerment of victims and is co-financed by the European Union and the Foundation \u201cWorkshop for Civic Initiatives\u201d (WFCI).\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#INSPIRE #WFCI #non-violenceagainstchildren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cischool.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/\u201etiho-liderstvo-partnorstva-za-ustojchivo-detstvo\u201etiho-liderstvo-partnorstva-za-ustojchivo-detstvo.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you to the ELA Shared Learning Association and Denitsa Davidkova, who organized this exciting and connecting training. \u201cFrom April 25 to 27, 2025, we held the first training under the project \u201cSilent Leadership: Partnerships for Sustainable Childhood\u201d.
