Our third eco-festival brought together over 400 children and dozens of families across 18 eco-workshops
Cosmos Recycles 2025 turned into a true celebration of kindness, inspiration, and community. This year the initiative united more than 400 children who took part in 18 creative eco-workshops. Young and old recycled, created, learned, and proved that when we stand together, waste can be transformed into energy — not only material, but spiritual as well.

Alongside its ecological focus, the event also carried a charitable mission. We collected waste to raise funds for the renovation of the Children’s Ward at Elin Pelin Hospital, as part of the “Firefly” project by the “For the Good” Foundation.
We collected nearly 1 ton of waste — PET, nylon, paper, and glass — valued at 162.90 BGN. The energy of waste sparked compassion and warmth, and in just two hours at our Goodness Bazaar, featuring artwork by children, local artists, and organic producers, we raised an impressive 1,731.03 BGN in sales. This brought the total amount from waste and the bazaar to 1,893.93 BGN, all of which will go toward the renovation of the Children’s Ward in Elin Pelin.
Throughout the day, in every workshop, waste was given new life and transformed into whirlwinds of inspiration, while kindness became a shared language between children, parents, teachers, businesses, institutions, and the entire local community.
This shared spirit carried into the evening during our family panel, where dozens of parents took part in our lectures on sustainability and recycling. We traveled back in time with “Recycling Through the Centuries” by cultural scholar Nikolay Kolev. We envisioned a more conscious, zero-waste lifestyle with “Zero-Waste” by Yora Yosifova and “Organic Farming and Permaculture” by Mihaela Taneva. And the finale took us on a cosmic journey — Assoc. Prof. Elisaveta Peneva, Head of the Department of Meteorology and Geophysics at Sofia University and Bulgarian scientist in the EU Copernicus Program, presented the inspiring lecture “Satellites in Space — Observers of Earth’s Health”. Thanks to her, we all viewed our planet from space — just as it is seen by the most advanced satellites.
With all this, Cosmos Recycles 2025 not only promoted recycling but created a community of like-minded people united for the Good — for our planet Earth and for our children. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Unitrade Ltd. and Max Trade Sped Ltd. — partners who carried the flame of the cause shoulder to shoulder with us. Together we proved that recycling generates not only physical energy but also the ENERGY OF GOODNESS!
We also extend our deepest thanks to all friends, partners, parents, and most of all the CHILDREN, who showed that the future can truly be brighter when we create it together.
